Obtaining
Mined with an iron pickaxe or better. Touching or walking past a vein lights it up briefly, which makes it easy to spot in a dark tunnel.
Usage
Drops redstone dust for circuits, repeaters, pistons, and compasses.
Redstone Ore
Redstone ore generates near bedrock and drops redstone dust for wiring, repeaters, pistons, and mechanical switches.
